Service Agreement
This agreement is between you (the client) and KS Marketing. By accepting these terms, you agree to everything set out below.
What We Offer
We will optimise your Google Business Profile with the goal of getting your business into the top 3 results on Google Maps for your target area and main keyword within 90 days.
What's Included
- A full audit and optimisation of your Google Business Profile

- A review generation system to help you collect more customer reviews
- A weekly post schedule and content plan

- Weekly ranking updates and progress reports
- Ongoing adjustments and support throughout the 90-day period
What We Need From You
We need secure access to your Google Business Profile and your website. We will always let you know before making any significant changes. Once payment is received, we will send you step-by-step instructions on how to share access with us safely.
Our Guarantee
If your business has not reached a top 3 position on Google Maps for your main keyword in your target area within 90 days, we will pause your billing until we have achieved that result. Your regular billing cycle then continues from that point.
Exclusivity
While we are working together, we will not take on any other client in your industry within your target area.
Next Steps
Once you have agreed to and signed these terms, you will receive an invoice for the agreed amount of 750 euros per month.

Within 24 hours of receiving your payment, we will send you an onboarding email with everything you need to get started. The 90-day period begins as soon as we have the access we need.
